Because every Delta Darling item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Choosing the wrong color
• Buyer preference

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If the issue is verified, we'll replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
