Thank you for shopping with Delta Darling! We carefully prepare each order and want you to know exactly what to expect after checkout.

Processing & Shipping Time

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 5–8 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During busy seasons, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a product has a different turnaround time, it will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $3.99 unless otherwise stated at checkout or included in a special promotion.

Shipping charges are calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your package is accepted by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Delta Darling is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address when the address provided at checkout was entered incorrectly.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine the next steps.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged item.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, with household members, and with neighbors before contacting us.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in more than one package. If this happens, available tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
